Nancy Knowles performs primarily as a soprano with guitarist/baritone/ composer Frank Wallace as Duo LiveOak [in repertoire that ranges from medieval to Wallace's own compositions. She occasionally performs solo shows combining her own poetry with unaccompanied song, masks, flutes, and percussion, as well as informal readings of her own poetry. Her latest solo show, The House of Fools, is a musical/theatrical memoir.
